Here’s how to make a plan

  1. Pick the dates and hours you could meet

    Give your plan a name and choose the dates and daily hours to create a room. The host just sets a name and password. No account needed.

  2. Share the link and collect availability

    Send one link to your group chat. Participants enter a name, select their available times in 30-minute slots, and save. Everyone can view responses through the same link.

  3. Check the BEST times and confirm your plan

    ufree compares overlapping availability and shows the BEST times. Once the host confirms a time, everyone can check it through the same link and add it to their calendar.
