Give everyone a few dates to choose from
Choose several possible dates, such as Friday evening through Sunday. Your friends each select their available times on the same grid.
Combine six responses in one time grid
Darker cells mean more friends can meet at that time. In the example below, all six are free on Saturday from 19:00 to 21:00.
Can’t find a time for everyone? Add more dates
If everyone can’t make it, check which time works for the most friends and who would miss out. You can also add dates and ask again.
