Here’s how to make a plan

  1. Club dinner? Try after class

Choose possible dates and evening hours for the dinner, then share the link. If no time works for everyone, check when the most people can attend.

  2. Leave enough time for your project meeting

If your meeting needs two hours, check that everyone is free for at least two hours in a row. Pick a shared time such as 19:00–21:00.

  3. Check again before each study session

Exams and personal plans can change when people are free. Share a link and ask again for your next study session. Recurring sessions aren’t booked automatically.

Can we choose a meeting place too?

After confirming a time, the host can enter a place name or meeting point. For meetups in the Seoul metropolitan area, enable the meeting-point finder when creating the room and collect participants’ departure stations.
